Entire Agreement: This purchase agreement is between you and Playmusicschool.com, these terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) apply to all of your online purchases from the website at www. Playmusicschool.com (the “Site”) and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by you through the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and playmusicschool.com.
Acceptance. By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon Play Music School until accepted by Play Music School. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Play Music School will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.
Pricing. Because prices, product descriptions, and availability can change quickly Play Music does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. List Price is the suggested retail selling price of a product provided to us by manufacturers. We may commonly sell products at prices lower than List Price and competitors. List Price may vary by product, geographic location, type of store, and over time. Prices can be changed without notice, although we periodically update the List Prices in our direct mail offerings and on our website.
Availability. Occasionally your order could be not available. If this is the case, Playmusicschool.com would notify you sending you an e-mail. If the time of delivery of your order takes more than 30 days Playmusicschool.com would notify you that you order has been canceled due to Availability. All the notifications will be through your e-mail.
Payment Terms. The only payment method available for Internet orders at this time is credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards. In addition to credit cards, for phone or mail orders just call us at 1-800-436-9960 to place your order. Immediately after the authorization of your order, your credit Card will be charged for the total amount of your order. If your you are using a credit card not registered under the same name, residence and phone number your payment will NOT be accepted.
Shipping Charges and Taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 2:00 Pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. We reserve the right to make partial shipments. Some circumstances out of our responsibility can cause a delay in the delivery. If it corresponds, a separated charge pertaining to taxes may be applied to your order.
Shipping Method. Ground: This can include delivery by "Priority Mail" or the Service of Postal Mail of the United States. For orders taken with this type of shipment delivery time is not guaranteed, it can delay to three weeks. Air shipment: should arrive in three working days. Air shipment of Two days: should arrive in two working days. Next day: should arrive the following working day.
Shipments Delays. Even when we try to comply with each one of the orders, some articles may be delayed or perhaps they are not available in that moment. If this it is the case, you will receive a notification through e-mail. You are able to request the cancellation of your order, assuming that the article has not been sent. If we do not receive any notification before the shipment of the product, we will be thinking that you are according to the delay of your order and we will continue with your shipment. If we cannot deliver your order before 30 days, whether for the delay or the availability of the article, your order will be canceled automatically. You will receive immediately the partial reimbursement of article that was not sent. Please wait two statements to see the return in your credit Card.
Risk of Loss. Every loss or damage occurred during the shipment of your order by any supplier is your responsibility.

Returns. Before returning a product, please check that your product is returnable. The request of a return can be processed speaking to our offices al 1-800-436-9960 or sending an email to contact@playmusicschool.com.
The following items are NON RETURNABLE except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, Apple products, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Any products wore or used by mouth.
Play music only accepts returns made during the first 15 days of your order. Returns should contain number of authorization, not returns will be accepted if products are not returned as originally sent. The packing of the returned product should be the original one. Return fee will be applied to the same credit card. We will charge 15% for re-stocking. Returns are for the value of the products, shipping charges are excluded. The client is responsible for shipping charges. Please inspect products carefully BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE when receive it. If the article is incorrect or has been damaged during its shipment do NOT ACCEPT IT. Any problem presented after signing for it, you have to resolve it through the guarantee directly with the manufacturer.
To request a Return Authorization Number, please call with a representative for the request inside the time limit mentioned in the section above, send the product through a prepaid shipping service that be can be track, for example you can use UPS or FEDEX. Please be sure to have your receipt. We cannot guarantee reimbursements without receipt. The credit is processed after our suppliers confirm the refund of the product. Please expect two statements of your credit Card to see the refund of the product.

Errors and Omissions. In the case that a product is advertised with an incorrect price due to an error of typographic or to an error in the price given by one of our suppliers or one of our associates, Play Music will have the right to reject or to cancel any order because the price is incorrect. Play Music will have the right to reject or to cancel any order, even when your order have been confirmed and charged to your credit Card. If your credit Card already has been charged by your order and your order has been canceled, play music immediately will credit your credit Card.
Governing Law. These terms and conditions should be governed according to the laws of the State of California. Any conflict or claims created from this agreement should be performed exclusively in Los Angeles California County, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
